we're in beta — what to expect

Tester Edition is a small, independent studio tool, supported by a real person rather than a ticket queue. We read and reply to every note personally. Here's roughly how fast:

• Something's blocking you — you can't sign up, pay, or upload a pattern? We're on it the same business day.
• Broken, but you have a workaround? Expect a reply within one to two business days.
• A question or a feature idea? We'll get back as capacity allows — usually within a few business days.

We keep regular business hours and don't staff weekends or holidays, so notes sent then are answered the next business day. As a beta, we can't promise guaranteed uptime yet — but we watch closely and fix fast.
